If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
In order to receive a full or partial refund or replacement, we require proof of order (picture of arrangement and receipt) Our goal is to provide an exceptional product and care for each arrangement. Please contact the studio within 24 hours of receiving your flowers to resolve any dissatisfaction.
Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
