Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value. If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

Our floral team proudly services the Chester County area. Our standard delivery window is 11:00 AM–3:00 PM.

We are happy to accommodate early or late deliveries when requested in advance and confirmed by a member of our team.

For the safety and quality of your flowers, our drivers are required to hand-deliver orders directly to the recipient whenever possible. We will only leave an arrangement on the property with confirmation from the recipient or sender.

If an order is approved to be left, our team will place it in a shaded, protected area when weather conditions allow. We will not leave arrangements outside when temperatures or weather conditions could compromise the flowers.

If no one is home to receive the order, we will send a follow-up message confirming where the arrangement was placed. Our team will contact the recipient directly only when they are not home to receive the delivery.

In order to receive a full or partial refund or replacement, we require proof of order (picture of arrangement and receipt) Our goal is to provide an exceptional product and care for each arrangement. Please contact the studio within 24 hours of receiving your flowers to resolve any dissatisfaction.

Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
